ISAT wins Food Servicing and RAC Servicing Skills Competitions

Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) bagged the golds in Food Servicing and RAC Servicing categories in the Provincial Skills Competition held on September 14 to 16, 2011 staged by the TESDA Isabela Provincial Office and the Association of Technical Vocational Institutions in Isabela and Quirino (ATVI-IQ).

TESDA Region 2 Celebrates 17th TESDA Anniversary in ISAT

The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) Regional Office 2 spearheaded the celebration of the 17th TESDA Anniversary at Isabela School of Arts and Trades.

The event was attended by the five provincial offices, namely Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya and Quirino. The seven training insitutions, Lasam Institute of Technology (LIT), Aparri School of Arts and Trades (ASAT), TESDA Regional Office 2 Training Center (RTC), Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT), Southen Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT), Kasibu National Agricultural School (KNAS) and Maddela Institute of Technology (MIT) also attended the festivities.

Pascion Crowned as Miss TESDA 2011

Ms. Abegail Jane Pascion of Lasam Institute of Technology (LIT) was crowned as Miss TESDA on the Search for Mr. & Ms. TESDA 2011 held during the 17th TESDA Anniversary Celebration held at Isabela School of Arts and Trades.

Ms. Sandy Totto of Isabela School of Arts and Trades (ISAT) emerged as Ms. TESDA 2nd Runner-Up.

ISAT Celebrates 17th TESDA Anniversary

Isabela School of Arts and Trades celebrated the 17th TESDA Anniversary through a week-long series of activities. With the theme "TESDA, Kaagapay sa Matuwid na Pag-unlad," the School hosted several activities for its students, faculty and staff on August 15 to 19, 2011.

A parade showcasing the members of the ISAT Community was held.

Four teams competed for the Sports Fest, Literary and Skills Competitions.

The Celebration culminated with an employee party held at the Function Hall.

Yellow Team Champs the TESDA Anniversary Celebration Competitions

In the three-day gruelling contest, August 15 to 17, 2011, in the Sports Fest, Literary and Skills Competitions, the Yellow Team emerged as over-all champion in this year's TESDA Anniversary Celebration.

Lead by Martiy S. Zulueta (School Librarian), Zoraida F. Garcia (Math Instructor), Danilo B. Pobre (CHS Instructor) and Wilson P. Malazzab (School Registrar), the team bested the others in the different competitions.

ISAT holds Thanksgiving Mass

To mark the start of the celebration of the 17th TESDA Anniversary, the ISAT Community held a Thanksgiving Mass officiated by Rev. Fr. Edmund C. Castaneda.

Blessing of the new ISAT – TESDA tourism building

ISAT  - TESDA Family rejoiced with the large crowd gathered inside the newly built Tourism Building last August 5, 2010 as they celebrated the blessing of the said magnificent edifice with the theme: ISAT – TEVET , A Key to Building a Better Community.
